++ ECTA Conference has been postponed to 2021! ++

Bordeaux, France

The ECTA Conference 2020 has been postponed to June 2021 due to the ongoing travel restrictions caused by Covid-19. The Conference 2021 will still take place in Bordeaux, France, kindly organised by Symop. The new date will be communicated at the ECTA website as soon as it is confirmed.

The Conference 2023 will take place in Switzerland.

The online registration for conference tickets will open in 2021!

 

Conference Ticket:  756,- Euro


The conference ticket includes dinner on Thursday (boat trip on the river Garonne), the conference itself with coffee breaks and lunch, the gala dinner on Friday and the Saturday morning excursion including closing lunch and wine tasting. The Congress documents (programme, Congress bag, participant badge) are included in the Congress fee.

 

Accompanying Person Ticket:  240,- Euro


The ticket for the accompanying person includes dinner on Thursday (boat trip on the river Garonne), the partners programme and the gala dinner on Friday and the Saturday morning excursion including closing lunch and wine tasting. This ticket does NOT include the conference programme.

How to get to ECTA

By Plane
Bordeaux Airport (BOD) is only 20 minutes away from the conference venue/Hotel Hôtel Mercure Château Chartrons. You will find several rental car stations at the airport (https://www.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/en/stores-services/car-rental).

By Bus & Train
There are regular trains from Saint-Jean Bordeaux Main Station to Hôtel Mercure Château Chartrons.
It's a 15 minutes taxi ride from Saint-Jean Bordeaux Main Station to the Hotel.

Visa information
In order to help our participants for applying for visa, you will find most important information at the following. Please note that the congress organiser is not accountable for correctness and completeness.

EU nationals
EU nationals do not require a visa to enter France.

Non-EU nationals
Generally speaking, all other foreigners require a visa for stays in France. A visa is not required for visits of up to 90 days in a 180‑day period for nationals of those countries for which the European Community has abolished the visa requirement.
